Resistance:Fall of Man Quads

Wondering is anyone interested in signing up for the Quads ladder on Console Gaming? Was thinking that as it is sometimes difficult to get enough people online for the 8 v 8 clan matches, those people who are online quite a bit get to play more competitive games.

What do ye think?

We could have 2-3 quad teams and we can pick and choose who goes on each.

The more competitive games we play the better.
I'm up for it.

Cool, i am mostly online Sun to Thur from 7:00 so i can form a group with people who are online at a similar time.

Yeah i can be on around the same. Friday and saturday nights i can't really promise but can make some. But if we setup matches after 7 in the week i'll be there.

I'm in too. Can be online on most days of the week, usually at least 5 days per week.

I'm in.. Not sure how often I will be online, but Friday and Saturday are possible..

I have just set up a quad team for resistance named:

Shadowfalls MC Alpha Team

Have sent invites to rockx, Gael007 and Saiph-, so 2 more members required who are online most weekdays after 7:00pm. I will not send invites to those people who do not appear online frequently.


If there are a number of people interested in joining the quad league, an addtional SMC squad should be created, for that reason i have named the current quad team Alpha so a beta team can be created later.


rockx: The matches we will be playing will be mostly during the week and not on Friday or the weekend as those days are not suitable for me, gael or saiph

I can try and get on after 7 during the week, but missus has the big telly (Soaps prime time), so I'll be on the bedroom telly (Yuk)

Providing we are not having matches every day then I might be able to convince her to let me play.. probs get her some flowers or chocolates on the nights needing to play..

I'm normally alright on a Monday or Wednesday tho.. Lass is out at mothers normally...

TDM – 15 Minutes rounds - First to 500 points – First team to win 2 rounds wins that map


At the moment, the challenge template and randomiser give out maps and modes as they do for the main ladder. This is incorrect ,and will be sorted and changed. However, so you guys can still use the ladder please do the following -

When the maps are displayed , please change the player size on the maps to -

Maps

Nottingham (8p)
Grimsby (8p)
Somerset (8p)
Manchester (8p)
Hangar (16p)
Bus Yard (16p)
Subway (8p)
Thames (8p)

and change whichever mode it says to "Team DeathMatch"



General

* Quad size can be no bigger than 4 players, and no smaller than 3 players.
* Player names on the roster must match the in-game name
* Clan tags are not considered part of the name, and can be excluded.
* Roster size can be no bigger than 8 players

Thanks for joining us pain, we got a pretty good team now.

Won't be any clashes with games as everything will be run through XRAVE. If there is a clash, the clan game would have higher priority.

Cooooooool, no objective games.

I much prefer the smaller games, its not about the shotgun but alot more about your ability to win a fight 1 on 1. And as our clan ofter has 8 people on we can practise 4v4 quite often.
Are LARRKS allowed?

I'm 95% sure that laarks are banned.

I've challenged a clan for Thursday so will see if they accept. The following week i will try and get 3 games going. Check out CG gaming for match status.

First Quad clan match confirmed for the 2nd July against -KTS- Rejects.

Maps include Somerset, Nottingham and Hangar

Another challenge has been sent out for this Wednesday so remember to check forum/website for updates.

I'm there man can we set a time for alpha team to go through these 3 maps? Can we also try and set up a friendly match either against CN or a second good team from within SMC on these 3 maps too.
Any day after tuesday (as its my birthday) is good for me.

We should get the 4 best players that we know to play against. Should def try to get poobum, aldee and shadownyte

Yeah we want the hardest practise possible, we dont want to be able to win without using any tactics or team work.
