Am developing a system at the moment to follow the progress of SMC players in clan games. It is still in early stages so I will post gradual changes that occur. In this post I will give an explanation to the way points are distributed for Resistance:Fall of Man. I still am working on how points are given out for Meltdown games, so below is how TDM and CTF work.
Team Death Match
Gold, Silver and Bronze: Given to the top 3 players at the end of the round. Usually the position of the player in the final standing would reflect how many kills each player scored so no award will be given out for most kills.
Assist Pro: An award will be given out to the player/s with the most assists. In some games players can contribute significantly to the other clan members playing by helping in killing off enemy clan members. This is not taken into account in the final standings so an award is given out to recognize their effort.

Silver_____________________________7 pts
Bronze____________________________3 pts
Assist Pro__________________________5 pts
Capture the flag

SMC Killer: An award will be given out to the player/s with the most kills. In CTF players can contribute overall victory by killing off enemy clan members. This is also not taken into account in the final standings so an award is given out to recognize their effort.
No award will be given out for assists in CTF as there are other factors which are more important which medals will be given out for.
Defender: Defence is key in CTF as the attacking players cannot score a capture is their own flag has been taken. This award is given out to the person who kills the most attackers to reflect that

Details of point allocation for Meltdown will be posted shortlyAfter each clan match played, the points scored by each of the players will be transfered into an Overall Resistance Fall of Man Leaderboard where players can see how they are faring in respect to other players.
After each month/15 games (not decided yet) the top player on the Leaderboard will get be awarded for consistantly good performance by getting a gold medal or something similar. The leaderboard will be wiped clear and started again and will finish again in a months time/15 clan games....etc.
Hopefully in the future, when other games for the PS3 are released they will follow a similar format. Again with consistantly good players getting gold medals. An overall table will then be posted which would compare different players performances even if they play different games,
These are still early days so if anyone has any other suggestions please post them. Remember that we can't go into too much detail as we do not wish to overcomplicate things plus at the moment it will be only myself that will be in charge. In the future, when more games are released and when more players join, it would be expected of clan members to volunteer to help out where they can.
If it turns out that, having such a leaderboard system begins to have a negative effect on the clan(e.g. bad rivalry between players) , it will be terminated.
